The component drawing and ideally a sample, the rivet specification, the annual volume and the required cycle time. From those we produce a concept layout and a budgetary cost before any detail design.

How long does a custom machine take?

A straightforward single-station machine typically runs eight to twelve weeks from approved concept to run-off. Multi-station cells run longer, driven mainly by bought-out lead times.

Will it be proven on our parts before delivery?

Yes. Machines are run off on your components at our works in Bhosari before despatch, then installed and commissioned at your plant.
