By combining clamping sequence, restraint placement and deliberate pre-set. We identify where heat will pull the assembly, restrain what must hold datum, and where restraint alone would lock in stress, pre-set the part so it relaxes to drawing.

What do you need to quote a welding fixture?

Component and assembly drawings with the datum scheme and weld symbols marked, the welding process, annual volume and cycle time, and any existing table or cell dimensions the fixture must suit.

Can it be validated before sign-off?

Yes. On critical assemblies we prove the fixture on trial parts and, where required, supply a qualification report measured against a master sample.
