An index riveting SPM mounts your component on a rotary indexing table and moves it through a sequence of stations — typically load, rivet, additional rivets or operations, inspect and unload. Because loading at one station happens while riveting happens at another, the operator is never waiting on the machine, and the effective cycle time falls to the slowest single station rather than the sum of all of them.
