Riveting & Assembly Fixtures
Jig & Fixture Manufacturer in Pune
VR Automation builds jigs and fixtures for riveting, assembly and machining stations — including the component fixtures that make our own riveting machines repeatable.
The fixture decides whether a machine produces consistent joints. It has to put the feature under the tool in the same place every time, hold the component against the working force without shifting, and still let the operator load and unload quickly.

Machine Features & Types
Repeatable Location
The feature sits under the tool identically every cycle, so joint quality does not drift.
Holds Against Force
Clamping arranged to resist the setting or cutting force without moving or marking the part.
Fast Load / Unload
Designed for the cycle time you need, not just for accuracy in isolation.
Poka-Yoke
Features that physically prevent wrong-way or upside-down loading.
Retrofit Capable
Built for our machines or for riveting and assembly equipment already on your floor.
Multi-Position
Fixtures that reposition the part for multi-feature components.
Our Jig & Fixture Range
1 product in this category. Prices are indicative and ex-works — tooling and component fixture are quoted against your part.

Industries We Serve

Applications & Components
Tooling and fixture are engineered per component. These are the applications we are asked for most often:
Why Buy From VR Automation
Built to Your Drawing
Tooling and component fixture are engineered around your part, so the machine arrives ready to run rather than needing development on your floor.
Repeatable Output
Force, stroke and cycle are set by the machine, so joint quality stops depending on operator strength or fatigue late in a shift.
Made in India
Locally engineered and locally supported, priced against Indian production cost rather than import landed cost.
Installation & Service
Commissioning, operator training, spares and service support across India, since 2019.
Designed, machined, assembled and tested in-house at our Bhosari, Pune facility. You deal with the engineers who build the machine, not a trading intermediary — which keeps lead times short and spares available for the working life of the machine.
Price & Quotation
Price depends on force, capacity, tooling, automation level and the component fixture, so a catalogue figure would be misleading. We quote against your actual part.
To receive a quotation, send us:
- Component drawing or sample details
- Material, thickness and joint or feature positions
- Target cycle time and production volume per shift
- Whether you need standalone, semi-automatic or fully inline operation
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a riveting machine need a fixture?
Because the machine sets the rivet wherever the part happens to be. The fixture is what puts the hole under the tool in the same position every cycle — without it, joint quality varies piece to piece.
Can you build fixtures for machines we already own?
Yes. We build fixtures for equipment already on your floor as well as for our own machines.
Do you include poka-yoke features?
Yes, where the part allows it. Physical prevention of wrong-way loading is far more reliable than an instruction on a work sheet.
How do you handle multi-feature components?
Either a multi-position fixture that repositions the part accurately, or a multi-station arrangement, depending on cycle time and volume.
What do you need to quote a fixture?
Component drawing with datums, the operation and machine it serves, production volume and required cycle time.
