What force can a pneumatic press deliver?

Practically up to around 3 tonnes, since force rises with cylinder bore and bore grows with the square of diameter. Above that a hydro-pneumatic press is the sensible choice.

Can insertion depth be controlled precisely?

Yes, with a depth stop, so every part sees the same finished dimension. Where the depth must be recorded, displacement monitoring can be fitted.

Is guarding included?

Guarding, two-hand control or light curtains are specified against the operator reach into the tooling zone and the machine risk assessment, not fitted as an afterthought.
