Shipping Policy

1. Order Process

Once you place an order with VR Automation, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Our team will begin processing your order. In some cases, we may contact you for order verification.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹). We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the destination and product availability. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact VR Automation to request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories, where applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

6. Warranty Policy

Certain products may be covered under the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. The original invoice may be required for warranty claims. Warranty coverage is subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may not be covered.
