Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and not installed or tampered with.
  • The item must be returned along with the original box, packaging, tags, and invoice/bill, where applicable.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, installed, tampered with, or physically damaged.
  • The item is returned without its original box, packaging, or invoice.
  • The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product has been modified, repaired, or altered without authorization.

If the returned product fails our quality inspection, the refund may not be processed.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and assist you with the return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

After verification and approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable, at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
