Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Scope

We provide delivery services to all major industrial hubs and locations across India. For remote locations, please contact our sales team to confirm delivery feasibility.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Standard Machines: Typically dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation and advance payment.
• Custom SPM Machines: Dispatch timelines vary based on design complexity, typically ranging from 8–12 weeks.
• Spare Parts: Usually dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to availability.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on the destination within India (e.g., Mumbai: 1-2 days, Delhi/Bangalore: 3-5 days, Chennai/Kolkata: 4-6 days).

Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or material availability.

3. Trusted Logistics Partners

We work with reputed logistics partners to ensure your machinery reaches you safely. Our primary logistics partners include:

• Om Logistics – For heavy machinery and bulk consignments.
• Gati KWE – For reliable PAN India surface transport.
• Delhivery – For faster delivery of spare parts and smaller components.

4. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified in the quotation:

• Prices are generally Ex-Works (Pune).
• Packing and forwarding charges are extra.
• Freight/Transportation charges are to be paid by the customer (To Pay basis) or as agreed upon in the purchase order.

5. Packaging

All machines are securely packed in wooden crates or pallets to prevent damage during transit. We ensure robust packaging standards suitable for road transport across India.

6. Transit Damage

While we ensure secure packaging, VR Automation is not liable for damages caused during transit by third-party logistics providers. We recommend customers inspect the consignment immediately upon receipt. If any damage is noticed, please document it with photographs and inform us and the transporter immediately.
